2. Overview
This website does not use analytics or tracking tools and does not set advertising or statistics cookies. Third-party content (YouTube videos, the Calendly calendar) is only loaded once you actively click on it.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information) to deliver the website and protect it from attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
4. Fonts
All fonts are served locally from our server. No connection to Google or other font providers is made.
5. Contact form
When you contact us via the form, we process your details (name, email address, message and – optionally – hotel name, phone number and number of rooms) to answer your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent). Emails are delivered via Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To protect against automated requests we use Cloudflare Turnstile. It is only loaded once you start using the form and checks technical characteristics (e.g. IP address, browser data). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. YouTube videos
Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode via youtube-nocookie.com (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). No connection to YouTube is made before you click “Play”. After the click, data such as your IP address is transferred to YouTube, which may set cookies. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG).
7. Booking via Calendly
We use Calendly (Calendly LLC, 115 E Main St, Ste A1B, Buford, GA 30518, USA) for scheduling calls. The calendar is only loaded when you click “Load calendar” or open the Calendly link. Your IP address and the details you enter are then transferred to Calendly. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR. Calendly is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
8. Contact by email
If you email us, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
9. Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed to handle your request or as required by statutory retention periods.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Baden-Württemberg.
